Welcome to the NEW Class of 1972 Homepage!

Dear Classmates:

This page represents our attempt to migrate our existing web site, which has served us well for over 10 years to a much more cost effective option sponsored with dedicated space made available as part of The Citadel Foundation's new website (launched January 2010). As with our previous site, this will become a place for us to stay informed about our alma mater, keep in touch with classmates, plan reunions and respond to various issues that arise within our class.

As with any undertaking of this magnitude, this is very much a work in progress, so stay tuned and watch us add features and functinality on our way to ensuring the finest possible on line experience! If you have any questions, please contact me.

Go Dogs!

Jim

**breaking news**

By now, I’m sure you’ve either witnessed or heard about the check presentations that take place on the football field during halftime of the Homecoming football game. If you have no clue what I’m referring to, this incredible event is the result of several classes stepping up to raise a considerable amount of money for The Citadel during a major milestone reunion.

This is a highly publicized event that has received national recognition, and I’m excited to announce that it’s now our time to shine—we’re entering a 40th Class Reunion Campaign! This is our opportunity to leave a legacy and make a substantial contribution to The Citadel. You will be hearing from our Reunion Campaign Committee later on this year with more information as to how you can participate in this worthy undertaking.
