Parent Advisory Council

Parent Advisory Council members are a special group of parents who share their time and energy with The Citadel Foundation Parent Fund by serving as volunteers, hosting events, setting goals and asking fellow parents to participate in The Citadel Foundation Parent Fund.

Members of the Parent Advisory Council serve as a liaison between parents of cadets and The Citadel Foundation.  The responsibilities and expectations of the Parent Advisory Council include serving a two-year term in which time members assist in the designation of funds received to the parent fund, host events in their area, and meet twice a year to discuss the progress of the parent fund.

Parent Advisory Council members share a love for The Citadel and their commitment to ensuring the excellence of a Citadel education is crucial to the Long Gray Line.  If you would like to become involved with The Parent Advisory Council or for more information, please contact Lori Cook, Assistant Director of Annual Giving, at 843.953.6079 or Lori.Cook@Citadel.edu.
